Deluxe Green Bo doesn't look like much, but this cash-only Chinatown hole-in-the-wall is a must for insanely cheap and satisfying soup dumplings. Go for the pork over the crab, and prepare for the prize: soft dough pockets filled with slightly sweet balls of pork and rich, salty broth. The rest of the menu plays host to classic Shanghai dishes that are served in large portions and inexpensive enough to feed a hungry army on a budget. You can't go wrong with an order of beef with scallions, pork fried rice, and scallion pancakes. It gets better: Deluxe Green Bo is BYOB, and Marks Wine & Spirits is just around the corner with cheap bottles of wine.
