The all-female kitchen is dishing up exciting dinner plates built around house-butchered meats. The unconventional baked goods that Welle was known for at Tilda All Day continue to be served at Otway, so expect homemade savory-sweet iterations like a buckwheat chocolate cake with herbs, rye bread loaves, and burnt almond pudding.
