Portland-born Sizzle Pie tries its hand at impressing pizza-savvy Brooklynites with its first New York location. The metal rock-themed pizza chain serves eclectically named and topped pizzas like 6 Degrees of Kevin Bacon, a Hawaiian-like combo of Canadian bacon and pineapple, and It's Always Sunny in Portland with all the toppings you'd expect on a Philly cheesesteak (shaved beef steak, green pepper, white onions, and provolone). The non-traditional menu also includes vegan pies made with cashew spread and Daiya cheese, plus breakfast pizzas and seasonal specials.
