On the ground floor of Le Pigalle, a So-Pi neighborhood hotel, you’ll find a café, a vinyl record library, and a newspaper and book kiosk. The menu emphasizes small plates; for breakfast, opt for bites like croissants with fresh jam and a soft-boiled egg, and for dinner, taste the creamy burrata and well-seasoned artichoke.
