Though both the service and decor at Tarbell's are definitively elegant, there's nothing snobbish about this contemporary Camelback Corridor gastropub, where everyone from vegans to meat-lovers will find something for their palate on the seasonally changing menu. It's mostly filled with high-end takes on American favorites like NY strip, salmon, and pan-roasted chicken, but there's a strong Italian presence, too, particularly in the menu's "Things That The Seasons Can't Change" section, such as the fan-favorite Mark's Famous Spaghetti and the Meatball, featuring an organic house-made marinara. You'll find plenty of wonderful red wines on the extensive, global list to sip as you twirl those noodles.
