Standing proud in its corner spot in the heart to Healdsburg, Valette is restaurant born of two brothers' dream to showcase the talents and offerings of their home Sonoma County. Sourcing all their ingredients from local farmers, winemakers,and artisans, chef Dustin Valette and restauranteur Aaron Garzini serve up a handful of seasonally rotating appetizers, entrees and sides with both domestic and global influences like Hawaiian ahi poke, coriander crusted duck breast from Liberty Farms, and cabernet-braised pierogies. Speaking of wine, the restaurants close relationship with NorCal's winemakers gives Valette an award-winning (a mighty long) wine list.
