Briley’s regulars often opt for its baby back ribs, smoked with a dry rub and brushed with glaze to order. Briley’s even offers a good selection of desserts but the beignets with cinnamon and powdered is the easy choice. You’d be hard-pressed to find them at any other ‘cue joint in the city.
