Chef Dave Mottershall's intimate boite focuses on Canadian cuisine and errs towards a "whole beast"/everything but the kitchen sink philosophy-- so picture lots of pork in all its glorious forms, foraged, grilled vegetables, and plenty of maple. The chef's tasting option, which allows you to try everything on the menu for $100, is a solid deal.
