Fork is taking dine-in reservations this Thanksgiving from 1 to 8 pm, and if you snag a table you’re in for quite a treat. With a $95 per person, four-course menu, you can have your pick from two appetizers, a salad course, an entree, and sweets from High Street Philly. All the traditional Thanksgiving go-tos are on the menu, but you can also change things up with a 32-ounce rib eye or Pennsylvania trout bathed in brown butter. If you’re really going all out, add some oysters, cheese, and charcuterie to the mix.
