But you’d be remiss not to explore the rest of the menu from chef Piero Topputo, who grew up in a small town in Puglia and now whips up fried artichokes, branzino, and panzerotto Pugliese—a mozzarella-stuffed fried pastry that’s a specialty from his region—for the Westside.
