The Hard Rock Hotel introduces a shrine to Goose Island Brewery in a pub named after the craft beer. The 3,500-square-foot sports bar has an industrial feel with light wood touches (and lots of the brewery's logos) where maple-bacon beer nuts and pub fare go down with the Chicago-born brew. The IPA is a hoppy favorite, but a flight of four let's you survey the fleet.
