Other items include Bitter Melon with Black Bean Sauce; Char Siu with Scrambled Eggs; Guangzhou-Style Slow-Cooked Braised Pork; and Pan-Fried Pork Chop with Black Pepper. Vegetarian options, like Stir-Fry Eggplant and Deep-Fried Tofu, are available as well for a plant-forward meal.
