The growth of these hoppy havens was slow and steady in the beginning and though a few great ones closed this past year, local brewers continue to evolve and innovate. With 16 beers on tap on any given visit, you’ll find a new favorite among lagers, fruited sours, and IPAS. The brewers also launch a new small-batch beer every Friday, so it’s definitely worth scheduling a weekend visit (there’s also live music Fridays and Saturdays). This way you maximize the opportunity to discover something truly unique to enjoy on the dog-friendly beer garden with a bratwurst or pub burger in one hand and an icy cold brew in the other. Until they raise the funds for a brick-and-mortar, find their creative beers at an ever-growing number of stores and restaurants around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Become a Friend of the Devil with your first sip of their salted caramel milk stout or get a boost from a Smoke on the Water cayenne-infused smoke porter.
