The sauce-y sandwiches are cleverly named—like the Reading Rainbow (avocado, pesto, cheddar) and Paul Reubens (pastrami, slaw, french dressing, swiss), and they have an extensive number of meat and veggie options, as well as the always-welcome ability to build your own custom sandwich.
