The Pollo Jarana package ($55) serves four and includes a Whole Roasted Chicken, salad, french fries, veggie fried rice, and four beef empanadas that are served ready to eat, but can easily be reheated. The Crispy Pork Belly package includes two pounds of crispy Charcoal-Roasted Pork Belly, Fried Sweet Potatoes, six chicken empanadas, and a side of Peruvian corn—also served ready to eat, but can easily be reheated. The Cebiche Appetizer Platter comes ready to eat with Cebiche Clasico, Cebiche de Mariscos, Shrimp Causa with Whipped Potatoes, and organic Peruvian Quinoa and Burrata Salad.
Cost: The Pollo Jarana package is $55 and serves four people. The Crispy Pork Belly Package is $129 and serves six. The Cebiche Appetizer Platter is $69.

Choose from the Pollo Jarana package ($50, serves four), which includes a whole roasted chicken; salad with locally sourced vegetables, avocado, mixed greens, queso fresco, and cucumber dressing; french fries; veggie fried rice, and four beef empanadas; and the Crispy Pork Belly package ($100, serves four), includes three pounds of crispy charcoal-roasted duroc pork belly; two pounds of corn mash; two pounds of fried sweet potatoes; a side of mint and onion medley; and sauces.
