Koloman’s holiday spread kicks off with freshly baked bread with cultured Vermont butter and a starter that guests can choose from options like Foie Gras and Poussin Terrine or Beef Tartare with fried quail egg, shaved bone marrow, and perigord truffle. The main course consists of a classic dish of Slow Roasted Turkey with Croissant Stuffing and other fixings or options like a Duet of Venison or Pearl Barley Risotto, and the dessert menu features Butternut Squash Cheesecake, Valrhona Chocolate Fondant, and more.
