This cozy-yet-upscale Austrian restaurant quickly became a dinnertime favorite when it opened last year, but the newly unveiled brunch menu is worth a separate visit. Koloman’s brunch offerings range from classics like Eggs Benedict and Pain Perdu to inventive dishes like the “Everything” Paris-Brest that combines influences from Paris, Vienna, and New York City for a luxurious savory pastry with horseradish chantilly, salmon, cucumber, and sturgeon caviar.

At this new Viennese-French restaurant in the Ace Hotel, Markus Glocker is serving up a menu of indulgent comfort food this Thanksgiving. Koloman’s holiday spread kicks off with freshly baked bread with cultured Vermont butter and a starter that guests can choose from options like Foie Gras and Poussin Terrine or Beef Tartare with fried quail egg, shaved bone marrow, and perigord truffle. The main course consists of a classic dish of Slow Roasted Turkey with Croissant Stuffing and other fixings or options like a Duet of Venison or Pearl Barley Risotto, and the dessert menu features Butternut Squash Cheesecake, Valrhona Chocolate Fondant, and more.
