This French brasserie from chef John Fraser will serve Thanksgiving dinner for the first time this year. La Marchande’s three-course menu is rife with favorites, from the Brioche Pull-Apart Rolls and Butternut Squash Soup in the first course to the choice of Pumpkin Pie or Apple Tatin for dessert. Main course options include Beef Wellington or Turkey Breast that’s turned up a notch with turmeric, lemongrass, and tender roots, and all main dishes come with a set of five traditional sides like cranberry sauce and stuffing for the table. Head back to the restaurant the next day for “Blanc Friday” and receive a complimentary glass of bubbles to celebrate the season.
