Houblon Chouffe Dobbelen IPA Tripel) in a rustically wooded interior with cheekily labeled beer coolers ("Red & Hoppy", "Belgian, Actually") and an upstairs nook packed with room-temp biggies like a 750ml Kriek De Ranke and an equally large jug of AleSmith's Wee Heavy, which you'll definitely do if you drink too many of these.
