High above the city on the 60th floor, Manhatta is serving up an upscale Thanksgiving feast with a side of incredible views. The restaurant was newly reopened with chef Justin Bougle (Le Coucou) at the helm and will offer a three-course menu for the holiday this year. The meal starts with a choice of Chicory Salad; Foie Gras and Duck Terrine; or Roasted Scallop with preserved citron and vanilla, before moving into main courses like Grilled Maitake Mushroom with Honeynut Squash and Farro Verde or turkey with traditional garnishes. Apple Tatin with Buckwheat and Yuzu Ice Cream, Pumpkin Custard, or an Ice Cream Sundae with a warm brownie finish off the meal.
