A "Jewish deli with cocktails"! Outfitted by Polpo's head man with stripped wooden walls, a mirrored bar, and booth seating, this Covent Garden spot serves all-gin classics (negronis/ fizzes/ London cups, etc.) and Ashke-nosh like Brick Lane salt beef on soda, smoked salmon bagels, cod cheek popcorn, and reubens on rye, as well as an intensely non-kosher all-pork dog they'll cover in Swiss, plus jalapeños & slaw if you want it "dragged through the garden" -- a savage move you should only request if you truly, madly, deeply want that slaw.
