Northman's 68-seat bar promises 18 ciders on draft, over 80 bottled and canned varieties, and a stacked list of craft beers. Chef Sean Sanders pulled inspiration from cider regions to construct his menu; the wild Burgundy escargot and the melt (a patty melt/burger hybrid) are serious crowd-pleasers.
