He initially ran a pizza pop-up early on in the pandemic and the full menu currently includes staples like tableside Bucatini Carbonara, Rotisserie Lamb Ragu, and a Family Style Pig Roast. Chef Marc Forgione, who recently took over the helm of Peasant, will present the restaurant’s classic menu of wood-fired Italian dishes for Christmas Eve. Guests can sample dishes like calamari, handmade pasta, or proteins charred in the restaurant’s centerpiece rustic oven or book the restaurant’s private dining room for a family-style dinner that can feature dishes from the standard menu or consist of a feast of the seven fishes designed by the chef.
