Vegans and the non-vegans who love them can holiday in harmony with Matthew Kenney’s lineup of plant-based Christmas eats. The four-course menu comes with chestnut soup, Brussels sprout salad, roasted celery root with green bean casserole and mushroom gravy, and a spiced vanilla ice cream-topped apple crumb for a finisher. You can order it hot if you want to have it Christmas Eve or ready to be reheated if you’ll be indulging the next day.
