A once-jacked Alphabet Dist. dive that was gutted and remodeled by two pals, one of whom is a general contractor, and the other of whom was really psyched to have a general contractor buddy to gut and remodel things, Q & Q's a new neighborhood tavern wrapped in a cart pod, where you can enjoy a pizza-heavy bar menu or take down nearby cart eats while relishing a stiff drink.
