Reading Viaduct Park

Philadelphia
Park

Though still in the process of construction, Reading Viaduct Park is modeled after the Promenade Plantee in Paris and the High Line in New York, and built along one of the most important rail lines in history. The park will have areas that are above level, street level, and even in tunnels of the now defunct rail line, full of gardens, walking paths, and several species of plants to gaze at while you enjoy exploring a piece of Philly's history.
