Because cooking doesn't have to involve British people named Gordon belittling your manhood, the old-school meat slingers at Siesel's are launching a weekly demo/ mingle/ taste series led by some of SD's finest chefs, with the first installment featuring the real knife-wielder behind Chop Soo-ey throwing out time-/ money-saving "Tips for Tailgating" with gourmet-for-fools sides, Berkshire St. Louis Ribs, and dry-rubbed flatiron steaks.
