Spiedini Ristorante

The restaurant formerly known as Spiedini Ristorante, which closed during the pandemic, is back open and totally reimaged with a new name, menu, and dining room featuring a bright, spacious feel and hand-painted mural above a busy open kitchen. Chef Paula Smagacz puts a welcome spin on classic favorites with hand-tossed pizzas and an eight-hour Braised Bone-In Short Rib among the highlights. A private dining room in the back can accommodate large groups with seven tables and four televisions (with a dedicated audio system). Ask about a custom buffet for special occasions with hefty servings of lasagna, rigatoni, and more. The private dining room even has its own entrance, parking, and arched windows to view the trees and waterfalls outside.
