The new, palm tree-studded spot in the Viceroy is offering a three-course prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu with vegan options and a free glass of bubbly included. Each guest can choose one option for each course, with selections like apple gorgonzola salad to start (complimentary bread and butter are included), lamb osso buco with sundried tomato couscous for the main (all second course options come with Brussels sprouts, creamed corn, and mashed potatoes served family-style), and deconstructed cheesecake or a vegan pumpkin spice panna cotta for dessert. Choose from seats in the indoor lounge, outdoor patio, by the poolside bar, or in a cabana.
