Chef and owner Aidan McGee, an Ireland native, is changing the narrative, with a spot that celebrates traditional Irish cooking. There are dishes you expect—Lamb Shepherd’s Pie, Fish & Chips, Irish Stew—and dishes you don’t: House-Smoked Salmon, Bone-In Curried Bacon Loin, and a Roasted Pork for Two. That smoked salmon also makes an appearance on the brunch menu, which includes a full Irish breakfast.
