Where to Go Ice Skating in NYC This Winter

Returning for its second year, The Rink at Manhattan West is a sleek option for skaters of all levels and features impressive offerings like private lessons hosted by Olympic figure skaters and clinics led by the New York Rangers. To kick off their winter season, head over on Tuesday, November 29, from 2 pm to 7 pm, for a day of free skating, holiday treats, and special performances at the Manhattan West Community Day. After working up an appetite, explore nearby spots like the must-try Italian restaurant Ci Siamo (one of our fave best new restaurants); swanky cocktail joint Chez Zou (one of our fave best new bars); Citizens NYfood hall; an outpost of Daily Provisions; and more.
Price: $20 for weekday entry, $5 for weekday skate rentals
Hours: Monday through Friday from 2 pm–9:15 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 10:15 am–10:30 pm
