The Virginian Restaurant
Housed in the remarkably preserved Occidental in Buffalo, Wyoming, this restaurant serves some seriously incredible steaks in a state known for its red meat. Enjoy carnivorous fare in a carpeted space with deep red walls and white tablecloths. There's a fireplace and plenty of ornate little accents, from curtains to candles. The cowboy-cut ribeye’s a steal, but a big-ass bison ribeye’s the move here.
