The rum-based Donkey Kong has fruity and nutty tones from a blend of walnut-infused brulée banana, while the Ice Pick combines carrot juice with cumin-laced Irish butter cream. That's not to say the innovation stops with the drinks. Blue Hill alum Dave Ralston is giving unexpected twists to American comfort food by replacing the expected frankfurter with hot Italian sausage in his corndog, and trading ground beef for braised beef al pastor in his take on the Sloppy Joe.
