A lovingly brined and roasted Turkey comes flanked by a battalion of classics: Collard Greens, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, and pastry chef Becky Pendola’s decadent Pecan Pie. We’d also recommend picking up some Gumbo as well—they’re literally selling it by the gallon this year.
