There’s two starter options, Chestnut and Sunchoke Bisque or Warm Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese, followed by sumptuous entrees, including Campbell River Salmon, with cannellini beans ragù, or Kurobuta Pork Shank with kabocha squash risotto, plus a Chocolate Mousse Cake or White Chocolate-Peppermint Crème Brulée for dessert, with a wine pairing option available.
