The Victoria's Secret Coffee Table Book

Do you remember your first experience with a Victoria's Secret catalogue? Perhaps it went something like ours: stealing borrowing copies from our mom's mail pile and hiding out in whichever bathroom was furthest away from the general population and, uh, reading the articles. Those were good times, weren't they? We'd like to go back to those times. And now we can.

Russell James has been the primary photographer for Victoria's Secret for since the mid-1990s, and he has just put out the coffee table book of your dreams, Angels. Let's get to it.

Classic Vicky-S models like Gisele Bundchen, Adriana Lima, and Alessandra Ambrosio all grace the inside of the book. Angels, really, is more than a compilation look-book—it's a milestone in artistic integrity for the iconic magazine.

Angels maintains the same tasteful tone as Victoria's Secret, with over 300 pages of sultry and sophisticated models posing in the same magnificent way that sent literally millions of teenage boys from adolescence into puberty.

Tasteful? Yes. Sexy? Yes. Worthy of hiding under your mattress? For old time's sake, yes. But we highly recommend you make the leap from treating VS as a smuggled good from the black market and view it the way it's portrayed in Angels: art, man.

If your coffee table could talk, it would thank you for adorning its surface with such a magnificent hardcover book. It would also probably have a British accent, too—coffee tables are classy, are they not?

Angels will cost you $139. You're gonna like the way it looks—we guarantee it.
