Pilsner Pays Homage To 19th Century Pub Signs

Like most iconic beers, Pilsner Urquell has been around a long damn time—171 years, to be exact. So in homage to yesteryear, Pilsner decided to pay tribute by releasing a line of cans designed to capture the spirit of 19th century pub signs from the beer's century-and-a-half-long history.

Drawing from the days when brew was poured from barrels, each one of these cans is inspired by the original distributors that housed Pilsner Urquell. The 4.4 percent ABV cans are sold in packs of four, with the first round of four designs available now and the second round debuting in July.
