Sriracha Aged In Whiskey Barrels
Everybody's favorite tableside condiment is getting a new twist with a freshly-funded Kickstarter campaign. SOSU Barrel-Aged Sriracha takes chili peppers, brown sugar, garlic, and salt, and ages it in whiskey barrels for three months to produce a robust sauce that might knock its predecessor out of the park.
The culmination of all these ingredients, combined with the complex flavors taken on from the oak barrels, produces a unique and smoky flavor that makes us want to cover every known lunch item with this beautiful Frankenstein sauce. Each barrel of Sriracha is aged up to three months to ensure a robust, memorable flavor. Whiskey makes everything better.
