Man, people are living forever these days! At least, that's what Wild Turkey's Diamond Anniversary bottle is insinuating. To honor master-distiller Jimmy Russell's 60th year at Wild Turkey, the Diamond Anniversary bottle is a sipping bourbon made up of a 13-year-old and 16-year old whiskey combination. This is pretty much the only time you can party with teenagers without ending up in a locked room with Chris Hansen. BOOM.

Known as the “Buddha of Bourbon," the “Master Distiller’s Master Distiller,” and the “Elder Statesman,” throughout the bourbon community, Jimmy Russell's 60 years tasting booze makes him the oldest master distiller in the world.
"After 60 years of making whiskey, I still love what I do and all the incredible people I've had the chance to meet," said Jimmy. "I've said before and I'll say it again, as soon as it feels like work I'll retire."
This guy is such a boss. Who would ever give up a job where literally all you did was hang out and drink whiskey? We can see why he loves what he does.
As for the booze itself, the 45.5% ABV bourbon is well worth the high price-tag (even though we got it for free, because we're awesome) and it tastes as good as it looks. Strong like a bull, but sprightly and energetic like a teenager. That came out weird. Why don't you take a seat right over here?
